Each quarter when I teach Digital Photography at Cal Poly, I take the students out for what I call an Exposure Expedition. These expeditions are in the interest of teaching basic camera techniques, and teaching the students how to “see” images in the field.
These are images I made while out with the students. The images were all made near the O’Neal Green in the Cal Poly Rose Garden and the Cactus Garden, both of which are spectacular.
