The Smyth Model 12 Manual

Greetings to those who are interested in Smyth book sewing machines!

I have been dawdling on the scanning of the Smyth Model 12 instruction and parts manual. I am sorry. Scanning is pretty easy, but retouching and straightening the pages, then cleaning them up to be consistent is a lot of work. I put it off and off and off.

But in order to finish, one must start. I did that yesterday. I scanned all of the pages, and I started the clean-up process. Then I decided to publish the manual as-is for now. Consider this a draft.

Some of the pages are clean and ready for re-publishing. Most are oily and finger-printed. Mine is a well-used manual.

But, here it is, nonetheless!

Click on this link to download a PDF (at low resolution) of the manual in draft form. I will retouch the pages and get them ready for a re-publishing in the future:
